Application Form

Please complete this form to apply to study the Diploma in Sport Management in February 2027. Applications close at 5PM, Tuesday 1 December 2026. If you are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, please see the information about our Kuwarna First Nations scholarship.

Before you apply:

The form will take approximately 7 – 10 minutes to complete, and cannot be saved during this process.

Proof of eligibility

Please have a copy of your current resume ready to submit before you start your application. This document can be a maximum of 2 pages and tailored to suit your interest in sport management.

Responding to application questions

We recommend drafting the answers to the written questions in a Word document ahead of commencing your application, and saving a copy for your records.

Please note: As a requirement to study onsite with the Adelaide Football Club you will be asked to supply a Working With Children Check and other personal information including a photo for further accreditations. If you have any concerns about your ability to provide this, please speak to us before you apply.

Written answers to the two questions to support your application to study the Diploma in Sport Management. Responses written without the use of AI are preferred.
Current resume of no more than 2 pages.
Document that shows proof that you meet eligibility requirements (current year 12 students can supply SACE certification later).

1. Why do you want to study sports management, and how do you think the Diploma could help with your future career or study goals? Maximum of 100 words.

2. During your studies you’ll complete 120 placement hours across different areas of the Adelaide Football Club. What areas of sport business would you be most interested in learning about during your placement, and why? Maximum of 100 words.
